  • I don't know if I just always catch them at the wrong time but today the lady at the drive thru had me waiting for 5 minutes while she counted coins and dollar bills before even acknowledging my presence. Love Starbucks, in fact I come here daily. Just wish they were a bit faster with service as I come to the drive through because I'm in a rush. I was given a free Venti Caramel trap today though! So I guess that balances out the first few minutes impression
