  • Alenya Sofa purchased March 2016: DOES NOT LAST......... My daughter bought this for her first home as a married couple in March 2016, we have had the techs come out twoice because the could is sinking and there is no support at all. Of course customer service can not help us, even though they say that the back pillows need to be stuffed more, but the manufacturer is responsible for that. So they told us to go out and buy some and stuff them ourselves. Ashley did not back up this product, so so sad! would never buy from them again, which I did the year before, or recommend them to someone else. Stay away!!!!!
