  • Came in today for my usual drink and was greeted by a couple of girls I don't normal see. I typically ask for a little extra flavoring in my cold brew since I learned that it was allowed. They only put a very small amount in. Today she tried to up charge me, which I have never been charged extra. When I questioned her she asked me if I wanted "double sweet" and I said no I wanted it a little extra sweet, which is how I always get it and I am never charge. I mean they barely put an ounce of flavor in. So once I received my drink I honestly would have guess they put less than the normal in because it was bitter and lacked flavor period. I wasn't even thanked for my purchase or on the way out. I was completely dissatisfied with my drink and customer service today. I LOVE supporting small and local businesses, but not when then type of stuff occurs.
