  • The manager in this office is undeniably the most intense and inappropriate office manager I have ever seen. I left after sitting and reading my paper in the lobby and hearing she and another receptionist berate a customer who had just left the office in tears. That was a first. More interestingly, no one came out from the back when they heard the loud voices. Won't be back, as I am sure the others who were sitting there with their jaws on the floor will not be coming back either.
