  • Our pediatrician ordered labs for my one-year-old's wellness check. Unfortunately they don't do draws in office so I had to take him to an outside lab. I felt so uneasy about it because I remember past experiences at outpatient laboratories but this was very different. They assured me they had experience with peds when I asked. I made an appt, although they said I could also walk-in. They recommend coming in the afternoon, which I did. My wait time was maybe five minutes. The office seemed fairly clean. Only one other person was in the waiting area with me. The phlebotomist, Meghan, was very friendly and efficient. I would return there again if needed.
