  • In addition to being a stylish and safe community in which to live, the Pavilions on Central has a truly excellent staff working in the front office and in the maintenance crew. The front office staff are knowledgeable, helpful, flexible, and highly professional. They listen to their tenants and go out of their way to work with them. They help their tenants solve problems. They are responsive and always try to accommodate reasonable requests. Over the last 12 years, the management of this community has never been better. If you want to live in central Phoenix, and particularly along the metro train line, this is the premier location you should be looking at.
