  • I don't understand why their sales representatives is so terrible at customer service. I get better service and smiles at McDonalds!!!! We as buyers are spending over a quarter of a million dollars and it seems like we are there to beg them. They think that it's the seller's market so they don't give a damn about customers. It is only when the housing market is down that's when they start to hire kiss- ass reps.
