  • I love Bojangles, but this location does not treat it's customers very well. They refused to accept a coupon because they were not a "participating location". There wasn't anything on the coupon to indicate it was restricted. There was no manager at the site to talk to about the situation. Not a good decision to create bad customer relations to save 99 cents.
