It was the most ridiculous thing. I had to print a project that I had printed before at the same Fedex. When I gave them the flashdrive they said my file was the wrong size (which it was not). I said okay and tried to fix it but there was nothing to fix because my file was listed at the size they wanted. When I asked if I could try again a woman helped me. They usually let me go behind the counter to see my file so when I started to go behind the counter she snapped at me. I don't know if I set her off or anything, I apologized but after that she was pretty rude and not helpful at all. She did even let me look at what the file looked. All she said was "doesn't work sorry". When I told her I wasn't sure what I should do and that I had checked the file over and over again and it said it was the right size all she would say was "sorry this is what the computer says". And I totally understand, I really do, there is only so much they can do. It is just the way they went about it. Both employees just stared at me while I was frantically trying to figure things out and they did not offer to help once. Overall I just had a really bad experience. Went to Americopy (a printing store not to far in Mesa). They were so nice and understanding. They printed the file correctly so quickly. Probably won't go to this Fedex again. Rude workers and they missed out on a 200$ transaction. Go to Americopy for printing instead.
