  • DO NOT RENT WITH THESE RACIST PEOPLE! I put an application and my $100 to hold the home in for a house last week. Wing took my information that she said they accepted and said she will call me in two days. She only called when she was trying to reach my past landlord and I didn't hear from her until I popped in her office unannounced four days later and asked why I haven't heard anything about my application since she said it would only be two days and it had been four days! She then said I had unstable income which is retarded because I make way more than the three times the amount she asked for and proved it with bank statements and tax returns and if she felt that way why didn't she call instead of me having to pop up? She said she was going to ask the landlord if I could pay double deposit for her to feel comfortable. I have been self employed for over ten years and make great money with almost an 800 credit score so I didn't see why she was taking so long with my application. A person with a regular job can get fired/laid off which is what unstable really is! A successful business owner should not be told self employment is unstable. She only said that because she had nothing else to say to not give me the place! It is now Wednesday and I called and she said the owner still says it's unstable income with tax returns! She did nothing on my application because if they felt it was unstable income then why accept it then prolong for seven days, run my credit and waste my time if it supposedly was unstable!? She didn't want to rent the home to me in the first place but was shocked at my high credit score and great rental history. She came up with anything that came to her head to deny me and I felt that every time she came up with a bullshit answer. I have NEVER been denied for a home ever! This is discrimination because I qualify and was still denied. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
