  • Wow, everything was so delicious! We got a short stack of pancakes with eggs and sausage, biscuits & gravy, chicken and waffles, and a pot of bread. The yelp reviews all mention the pot of bread and honesty it was the most underwhelming thing we were served. The biscuits and gravy were easily the most delicious we have ever eaten! Try them. I have a mild allergy to eggs so breakfast places are always a hard place for me to try but when I saw the chicken & waffles on the menu I knew that I could check rise & shine out! They were absolutely delicious. The chicken was crispy and everything you'd want in a piece of fried chicken. The waffle with the infused cinnamon syrup was out of this world yummy. My husband loved his pancakes. I did take a bite and they were nice and fluffy and the cinnamon syrup just adds an extra layer of flavor to make them that much more delicious. Service was great, wait was about 15 min on a Sunday morning at 10:30.
