  • Been renting cars for years from various companies in the US and Canada. I ve had compact cars, full sedans, and SUVs, as well as Cargo vans and trucks. In my many years of renting cars and serving in costumer service I have not seen staff as rude and lacking in knowledge as the ones working at this unit. In particular, my concern is with a redneck staff insulting an immigrant costumer while I was picking up the car. I didn't think much of it, until I had to deal with him for extending my rental agreement. He didn't take anytime to explain the extra charges upon extending my agreement. Then, to my surprise, I was charged $400! Had to take photos of the car and remain extra cautious on my end, in case this hillbilly wanted to cause trouble. Be aware of a bumpkin who seems to influence the other workers at this location. Overall, I have had positive experience with Enterprise in the past. Even got a car from this same location 5 months ago while I was on a ski trip in Calgary. I guess the trouble maker was still at the farm back then. Btw, I have nothing against white folks or countrymen. But couldn't find a better way to describe this fella! He is a true specimen, a must see!
