  • Outstanding home inspector! My husband and I first used Ed's services in the summer of 2016 when we found what we thought was the perfect home. Ed's inspection revealed extensive termite damage, and mold in the attic and basement. As a result of his findings we terminated the agreement on a "lemon" house. When our offer on another house was recently accepted, Ed was our first call. He was extremely thorough and covered every square inch of the house - he even used a drone to inspect the roof! Ed also shared general tips for maintenance as he is inspecting, which is great for first time homeowners.
