  • This location at 151 W Brooks has the most unprofessional front desk persons. I have been in here twice to obtain my DOT physical and drug testing and in both instances, I have had to stand in front of the receptionist for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. I understand being busy, but for them to completely ignore you while they input data into their computer, or staple some papers is unacceptable. A quick "hi, I'll be right with you" will suffice. I'm a patient person; I don't mind waiting. BUT ACKNOWLEDGE THE PERSON RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU RIGHT AWAY. That's Customer Service 101.
