  • It might be too early to make a review because I have not returned the car yet, but they honored my prepaid voucher (which is more than Thrifty did last time), and they did not try to make up extra airport fees, although they did try to sell me extra insurance and tried to fool me to return it with the tank empty (standard tricks), but accepted when I said no. Car rentals are a very dirty business and even if I have not seen the end of this, Dollar do at least not seem to be the worst. The car is nice; has a broken rear door but I do not want to bother replacing it.
