| - I was recommended the new brand, Kangertech by Oscar & John. Both were friendly, very helpful. Bought my stuff on Tuesday, went back on Friday, called spoke to the only lady @the store. I walked in since I have problem with the unit, explained to her, did everything I could possibly done, she concluded that I have to change the coil. Coil changed, got home, still having the same problem, juice smelled like it was burning, leakage on the side, everytime I try puffing, my lip got burned by the HOT JUICE!!! ( I live over @Blue Diamond) I can't possibly go back and forth till this get resolve!!! Total I paid was over $80 with 2 juices, I asked when I was there, if item is defective I don't mind getting another tank and pay the difference. Oh well, she said that no credit nor refund. I am not sure what else I should do, I might just check on with BBB and see what can be done. Very disappointing!!!!!!
