  • Went here yesterday and ended up walking out leaving my items on the counter because their signs don't reflect the current price. The shampoo and conditioner sign said I would get the free pump and a table had 3 brands of hair products buy 2 get 1 free but no specifics on no mix and matching allowed. They only had 2 of what I wanted and wouldn't allow any exceptions and they said the special for the free pumps ended because the shampoo and conditioner was on sale. Everything they advertised was refused with no customer care and a lot of snotty attitude. I won't be back and I won't shop on their website. I get treated better everywhere else. You just lost a potential customer that would of given you well over $1500 a year.
