  • WOW! I will never use another AC company again. We called Action Air a little before 8p and they were here by 9p!! This is after we had called ANOTHER company (who we had used before when we had a home warranty) last Friday morning(!) and they said everyone is backed up and they couldn't get out here until Monday 1p-5p, and we slept in a bedroom with no air for 4 nights (thermostat registering 91) and then they didn't show, even after I called at 4:45p and they said they were running about 2 hours behind and asked if I would still be home. The technician that arrived from Action Air (within about an hour!) was friendly, helpful and although he couldn't replace the compressor (ouch!) he gave me the name of who would call in the morning with a quote and timeline. A+ service all around. Trust me -- don't use anyone else. We won't! How I wish I would have called them first...
