  • Giant Roach in hallway next to Portofino where I just ate dinner. Also currently on the phone for about 50 minutes now trying to see why I didn't receive my $50 pool credit as was stated when I booked. I was assured by the front desk that it would show up on my bill when I got home. No such luck. Granted $50 isn't going to change my life but its the principal. Not impressed. Going back to Palazzo next time.
