  • I went to this store last night and had one of the worst experiences. I wanted to buy knee braces, i went first to the store in Tempe because it is the closest to my house, they didn't have my size for the brace i wanted so the gentleman called Gilbert's location to ask if they have it so that I don't drive all the way there for nothing. They said they had it (i needed 2 of them) and they placed 2 on hold for me. I drove all the way to Gilbert only to find out that 1 of the braces was the correct one and the other wasn't just because the employee was not responsible enough to read what was written on the box. I am so disappointed because they wasted my time, and if I called to make sure they had the product i would have expected a little bit more effort where the employee would make sure that he/she is giving correct info to the client. If i wanted it to be a trial and error i wouldn't have called before going there!! Anw i ended up not buying anything because i was so pissed off and decided i don't want to buy anything from that store again!!
