  • They deserve 0 stars. Worst company I've ever dealt with and I'm embarrassed to admit Im still a patient. My PCP merged with this practice 6 years ago then she left shortly after. Revolving door of doctors, higher turn over than my call center! Billing errors on their end and they tell me I need to call my insurance to fix it but it's something that has to come from a medical biller. Still trying to get a refill of allergy drops since October. I made an appointment specifically for that refill but they took until 6 pm to see me for my scheduled 5 pm appointment and the person who mixes up the drops already left for the day. They keep requiring me to come in for an office visit to refill an RX because the provider who wrote the original RX is no longer with the practice. I've heard this line about 6 times in the last year or so. They had me do unnecessary lab work, words straight from the doctors mouth. Dr Snyder is the only person there that is good, he left the practice but came back. My insurance changed this year and I couldn't be happier to leave this awful joke of a practice.
