My wife and I were in the market (after months of research) for a new car. We are repeat Mazda owners and wanted a Mazda 3 or CX5. I requested quotes from several local dealers through the main Mazda web site and Camelback was one of them. I requested no calls as I was still doing research. FOR THREE WEEKS Camelback would call every day, sometimes twice a day and from two or three different folks.
We bought a Mazda from another dealer because these calls were annoying. I called them one day about a week ago and asked to be not called as we had made a purchase at another dealership. Well guess what, they STILL call.
I told them that their annoying calls was the one and only reason I did not visit the store. They lost a sure sale on a brand new CX5.
I wish they would get a clue and learn customer/phone etiquette. I would recommend either the Chandler or San tan dealers. Mazda's are great cars, but not the Camelback store.
