  • I had nothing but great experiences with this place until tonight. We had a $80+ order for pick up. The guy behind the counter was busy flirting with the cashier. He gave us the order and said we were all set. From the store to our home is 12 miles and an hour round trip because of traffic. We get home and NO CHICKEN AND NO FRIES and charged for a 32 oz drink we didn't order. I call and notified the store of my missing chicken and fries. Make a long story short, they offered to bring the food out but when they found out where I lived they said, "oh sorry, we can't drive that far!" I have had 2-3 catered parties from them with no issues ever. We wanted to talk to the manager, but he never called and had his employee make the calls for him. We were refunded our total bill and left with side dishes for dinner. Looks like they lost our business.
