  • I've been to this location several times but this was the first time I've gone since the management change. Our server took over 15 minutes to greet us, I had to literally pull aside someone and ask them to get our server. After we ordered he came back 10 minutes later to tell us they couldn't even make the drinks we ordered. After reordering it took 15 min for the drinks to come and another 45 for our food. Our fry appetizer never came. And my ramen came out with meat in it after I had asked for no meat. I had to find our server once again to order another round and ask for the check. At this point he told us he would take care of our drinks and the fries. When I got the bill the fries and drinks were still on there so I had to ask him to remove it. He then removed it and ran our bill and came back with our friends boxed up. That would have been an hour fifteen minutes waiting for the fries at that point. Our server only had a 4 table section too so he couldn't have been that busy. Also no manger ever was seen on the floor. I also found out the next day they were on Vegas dirty dining for having cockroaches everywhere so after both those things I won't be returning.
