  • If I could give ZERO stars I would. I called THIS MORNING to confirm I could use gift cards from Costco to purchase an annual membership. I loaded up my kids and drove over an hour. We enjoyed a wonderful couple of hours at Butterfly Wonderland and then headed to the Aquarium. I was then informed I could not use my gift cards on an annual membership. WHAT?! After talking with a supervisor, she informed me I was welcome to buy full price general admission tickets. Ummm NO. I'm never going here. Ever. She confirmed they had changed the policy in the last several hours and said even though I was told this morning I could use the gift cards that she would not honor what I was told. The back of the gift card even states it can be used on annual passes. Unbelievable! Taking my two devastated kids to ice cream and then home. Our family of 6 will NEVER BE BACK.
