  • I called to request service for our refrigerator. I was contacted by a technician, who walked me through the possible problems and suggested a possible solution. He even told me what part to buy. I purchased the part from Amazon and it was delivered the same day. The repair (replaced a part) was super easy and fast and totally did the trick! I was impressed that the technician was eager to help without requiring a service visit (and corresponding charge) - you never see that anymore! I will definitely contact them again should I have other appliance problems.
