My boyfriend and I have been here many times and it was our theater of choice, up until the other day when we went to see Interstellar at midnight. We got there around 11:50, purchased our tickets and got in line for popcorn. The girl behind the counter walked right past us and started cleaning something. So we stood there confused wondering if this line was now closed.. a gentlemen at the other end told us it's open and it'll be just a minute. (We were not the only ones standing in that line.) Then a few moments later the gentlemen comes down to ring us up. After all that we get into the theater with our popcorn and soda at 12:04. The movie had already started. No previews. So we missed the beginning which is a pretty vital part of the movie considering we had no idea what was going on in this post apocalyptic type world. People were still strolling in later than us. How they can show a movie at midnight with no previews, and no warning to ticket purchasers is beyond me. We would have left and asked for our money back but we already spent $15 on popcorn and a drink.. the poor service is what made us late in the first place. We will definitely not be back to this theater. Dont have a midnight showing if your employees are going to be cleaning instead of cashiering a line of people and ESPECIALLY if you're going to cut the previews without a warning.
