  • I would like to apologize to the women who was forced to leave her personal conversation to help me with my new phone purchase. It was clearly a huge inconvenience and my husband and I were gravely concerned that we put too much of a burden on her ... I mean she wasn't even able to answer our questions or even look up at us when we talked to her! She could barely muster throwing an instructional card at him when he asked about his cracked screen.
