These are the facts and they are not in dispute. I work for one of the largest software companies in the world. Case in point you are probably reading this review using their browser running on their operating system. So when I expect a company to use my vision benefits I have no doubt they can. The admin personnel at the doctor's office ran a cursory look at my card and told me I don't have a vision insurance. I said of course I do. "Well we can't find it." Ok, deep breaths. They wouldn't look further than that and moved on from me. So I go to the LensCrafters doctors at Fiesta Mall and they find my insurance without any issue. My daughter is able to get her exam done and everything went well. We didn't get a chance to look at glasses their because the day was running late. So we go back to the LensCrafters in Mill's mall thinking well the hardware side of the business surely will see I have vision insurance from one of the largest companies in the world. I give the sales person my card and she said we don't take this insurance....WHAT!.....She didn't even run it, make a call...nothing. I bet if I was blonde and blue-eyed they would've went the extra mile. When I say the extra mile I mean do their job. I will make it my mission in life to steer people away from LensCrafters because of this experience.
