Gave this a 5 star at first because the massage itself was great, but now updating to a 1 star due to customer service afterward. Sure it's $28 for a 90 minute with a $5 off if u post 5 stars with a review and allow them to read it first to verify... but very shady to demand a minimum $10 tip. On a $28 charge? That's a minimum 35% tip. Industry average is 15-25%. If you are concerned about the charging and paying your employees adequately, charge more and not demand minimum tips from the customer, and the customer would tip approximately. When I mentioned that this was illegal practice, the person working the front just replied that "this is just what we do here." Highly unprofessional and would probably not come back for that sole reason.
