  • I've been shopping at sephora for years and this by far is the smallest store I have ever been to. Not only is it small, the store didn't have a lot of the products I was searching for. Lastly, my experience was horrible. Customer service is really horrible especially for being located in an upscale area. I inquired about a certain product and she pointed it out to me and said "oh, we'll I guess we don't have anymore colors" and threw the product back into the little cubby. Didn't bother to ask or show me other products that might be similar to what I was looking for. She simply went back to her coworkers to talk about God knows what. It was so annoying.. If you don't like your job why work there? I do have to say the guy who works there was very helpful when my BF was shopping for my birthday present. NAKED palette and the Andy W. NARS collections are awesome :) Needless to say, I don't know if I'll be back .. I'd rather order online than have to deal with the people in this store.
