  • Let me start off by saying....."Jenna is the greatest", she took care of us and made sure that our rquest were met beyond anyone's expectations. "A+++++" to her... On a crowded Saturday afternoon and we had a wedding to attend, teying to find a corporate store was hard in the Phoenix area, but when we did, this place rocks! Our experience here went beyond extronary, greeted as we walked into the store immediately, explain that my friend needed to exchange her Samsung Galaxy Note 7 phone as the FAA & DOT put a restriction on the phone, Better explained as "You could not fly with them anymore". We needed an solution to her issue and Jenna, provided the answers for it and then was able to provide excellent customer service at the same time. We were able to get her phone changed and all contacts and additional application transferred over to the new phone including getting a deal on the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3.
