  • I have visited this location twice in the past 3 weeks. And I will not be back. 1. Using an extremely slow rental CPU to retrieve and print an email took over ten minutes; therefore i was very frustrated and disappointed with the undue expense. 2. Their website listed a kindle item on sale about $25 cheaper than the "on the store shelf" one that i was looking at with a sales person. I asked for price matching- no way said the salesperson. I pointed out that I could order it on line for pickup at that very store (with a 2 hour wait)-got a shrug...Then the manager refused to price match with their own company website. REALLY? I walked out and 10 minutes later got the product at Bestbuy for that sale price. BA-humbug back at you Staples.
