  • I've been here for a few years and I used to love it. The property was clean and well maintained...not anymore. The 1st floor is a urine soaked pig pen. People do NOT scoop or have enough decency to walk their pet on the street side. The entry way is laden with Animal feces on both sides. I am embarrassed to have guests and have even considered powerwashing the hallways myself. When it rains I gag from the smell of urine when entering and leaving the building. Our neighbors leave their trash by the elevators (see photo), their Dogs urinate on the buildings and for 16 days their was a dry pile of vomit to the right of the entry way. I've finally had enough. What happened to the Porters? Picerne spent every dime on that gorgeous gym, pool and office furniture meanwhile the rest of the property is crap. If you can get a unit by the Office do it...they're gorgeous. Everything else is not worth the $1,100 plus per month. I'm tired of bringing this up to the staff and nothing changing. Next step will be calling the Health Department. Time to go
