Good experience here overall.
Very small restaurant and you get hit by cold air every time the door opens.
The menu is very much "Build-your-own" You can choose the broth, spice level and and extra ingredients.
I felt it was slightly expensive as I added a soft boiled egg and extra pork and my total was over $13. My gf did the same and added shaved green onion so hers came out over $14.
I ordered the pork broth, chashu pork and egg and medium spice and it was very good. They handmake their own noodles which you can see through a window as you walk through the entrance.
Only reason it doesn't get 4 stars is the price. I could get close to the same thing for $5 cheaper.
