  • I've been a fan of Marish's for awhile now. I first discovered it a year ago, going on a walk with a friend in Port Credit. It's a cute little bakery/cafe with an airy European cafe feel. On a nice weekend day, you can sit outside and people watch. The display cases are full of pastries, cakes and desserts. The cakes, mousse and cheesecakes are decorated so beautifully. They are as aesthetically pleasing as they are tasty. The cakes are around $5-7 each. I suggest the orange chocolate hazelnut mousse and the pistachio cake (my favourite). The all day breakfast is done well too - all the breakfast essentials are there. I should book the high tea to see how its done! My only complaint is that the hours of the bakery are pretty limited. They close early in the evening, which is too bad because it's a perfect place for dessert.
