So its been 8 days since I went to this dunkin donuts because of what happend last weekend, So Ben a crew member informs me last weekend that they can't melt my sugar for my iced coffee with hot coffee thats why they have liquid sugar yea well I know they can do it and I also know that the manager can't make and break the rules and thats what she has done. I emailed corporate last Sunday and recieved a response Monday, Tuesday at the latest and I was told that the dm for that store would be in contact with me, well she sent me am e-mail yesterday morning and was appalled by what had happened and of course tried to think of possible reasons why it was even said not to as there is NO POLICY that states they can't melt the sugar with hot coffee and she would contact her team at that store. Well I decided to go in and see what would happen and sure enough the same kid Ben was there and as he seen me at the counter he turned and walked away and the girl working the drive thru had to let him no he can't do that, so he came over and I started off with may I please get a medium iced coffee mocha with xtra cream and extra sugar with sugar mwlted w/hotcoffee he said NO and proceeded to tell me they are no longer allowed to do that but I cut him off and with my phone in hand I went on to tell him that i had an e-mail from his dm saying other wise well he started giving me an attitude and rolled his eyes at me so now I am finally angry enough to where I dont want to even speak with him I would like a manager or shift leader and then I went on to let him know that I didnt like his attitude and that i wanted to reach over the counter and smack him in his mouth for talking to me a customer like that. There are very few crew members and shift leaders I will let make my coffee there, Sean I believe a shift leader is great has never giving me a hard time and makes great coffee and a younger kid that I always see in the morning and 2 girls they are the only ones I like dealing with. As much as I love my dunkins iced coffee I think I will have to find another coffee shop to go to as long as the kid Ben and the store manager have a job there I will not set foot in that store ever again. This kid Ben should Deffinatly loose his job just for rolling his eyes at a customer and walking away from the counter.
