  • I have been looking around for settings and was excited for this store to open. I made it in the first weekend they were open. I would say they have a pretty good selection but I felt like I was in a car dealership. Initially, I spoke to a salesperson who then handed me off to a "gem specialist" that wanted to go though his schpeal about how to look at stones(which I knew) and how their warranty is different (though it seemed very similar to most other major retailers). They gave me two or three "What can we do to put you in this new engagement ring today?"-type comments along with the ol' "This finance deal will be ending but if we get started on your credit app, we can extend it". Friendly...but high pressure. Unlikely that I will be back.
