Scott was great, the company however wasn't. I went in over a year ago for some work, got paperwork saying I owed "X" amount. So I paid "X" amount. Got a letter later saying I owed more money, why? Because they said the first amount owed was an estimate. So they can charge more because it cost more. Okay well if someone says "yeah this grapefruit is gonna cost you $5" and comes back later saying "yeah I estimated that will actually be another $20" would that be fair? No. Don't charge people a price, have them pay, and try to collect more money from them later and say the first price was an estimate.
