  • Not a great spot, the receptionists always put you on hold which can last up to 10 minutes. I recently went to book a physical and the receptionist told me that you had to have a family doctor at the clinic and that they aren't accepting new patients. Here's my issue with that: 1. Sadly due to this clinics close proximity to my condo I do have a "family" doctor there who is terrible.... Maybe you should ask for your patients information before trying to dismiss them. 2. Moments prior I was on their website to look up the phone number and it states in big letters "accepting new patients" so if you are not in fact taking on new patients you may want to update this.
