  • 2014-11-19 I took my 16 years old son to Tommy Gun tonight for his hair cuts. We were told after electronically signing in that it would be a 30 minutes wait. I left my phone # for texting and visited the food court. We came back 20 minutes later and saw on the screen that it would be 10 more minutes. We left, went next door and came back 5 minutes later but even if we were 5 minutes early they had given away our spot. Without texting us. I am very dissatisfied with the treatment we received and by the rudeness of the employees. I will never be back nor will my husband and 3 sons.
