Tanner came to my rescue when I needed a quick oil change before a trip. I have Mini Cooper turbo. I've heard from other Mini owners horror stories of how they took their car into a shop that did not specialize in Mini Coopers and something was missed or done improperly. All I needed was an oil change...or soI thought. I called a few places recommended by Yelp. They all were incredibly expensive. Then, I found Tanner. Chris and Derrick were beyond friendly. First, Chris knew how to spell my name correctly. A sign? Then, I had my oil changed, but something showed up on my diagnostic check. It was an item that had been replaced by the dealership where I bought my car. Apparently, it was faulty and the connection was as well. The dealership told me the "idiot light" was still on because they didn't know how to reset it. Not true! The item was still broken. Thanks Tanner for catching it. I'm coming back.
