  • This is by FAR the worst customer service company I have ever purchased something from. Do NOT buy the extended warranty because it's a joke. We called to have a few stains fixed from my daughters birthday party and they basically sent someone out with a spit rag and tiny bottle of cleaner. He said the stains were more than he could fix, and he would update the report. 3 months later and we are being told we have to pay to have it cleaned and then they will fix any stains moving forward?? How does that even make sense? I've been transferred from person to person and can't get an answer on anything. Everyone says they will call you back and they never do. I would never do business from them again. Awful experience. We would have bought a different couch if we weren't sold on this "amazing protection plan". Horrible. I'm wish I could give them 0 stars.
