| - The concierge at our hotel recommended this place for a midday brunch. Overall it looks like your average diner with a grill and fryers behind the bar seating area. It wasn't the cleanest, but the tabletops, plates, silverware, etc were all perfectly acceptable.
The food ended up being delicious. I had a western omelet with egg whites, rye toast, and home fries. Everything was perfect, and actually was a bit too much for me to finish. My girlfriend had the handful, with hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, sausage links, and pancakes. She enjoyed everything she had as well.
The only thing that kept this from getting 5 stars was the so-so service. It took nearly 30 minutes for us to get our food (granted it was a little bit busy, but their cooking space is a little small) and it was hard to get any server's attention for drink refills or condiments.
I would definitely return here for a nice breakfast if I'm ever back in the area.
