The worst customer service. I already experienced couple of bad times here and today was another time. I decided not to stand in line and not to waste time, so I went to self-checkout; 1-6 items. I scanned all my items smoothly until the end when it said "authorization code required". I would have left as I paid already but it didn't give me the receipt yet. So I waited a while, looked around but no one approached. There was only one old lady with short hair and glasses working as the cashier and when I approached her for help she ignored me. I told her that I need some help at the self checkout, and she replied "Well, Im the only one here". Ok... I was running late but I didn't mind her finishing with the customer she was helping. However, when she was done with her customer she still totally ignored me and moved to the next customer in line. I told her that only authorization code in needed, can she help me out. She said "No, I can't". Someone else would have to do it!" And complete ignorance again. There was no other employee around so I had to return to her and finally ask "Then can you call someone else?" She slowly picked up the phone to dial for help... but I mean it took so long to get through this self-checkout. Another thing is that they don't put codes for some of the products (like fruits and veggies), and there is no option to search by name. Definitely not shopping here for a while.
