  • Note: Dobson Springs is THE STANDARD AT DOBSON SPRINGS. This name change was made THREE YEARS AGO. Dobson Springs was a nice community of apartment homes, over three years ago. Fast forward to today, A different story. Inept maintenance repairmen, hallways littered with trash and dog feces, children screaming and running through the buildings, pest problems (namely Roaches), Families with a member wanted by Mesa Police (Police surrounding a unit forcing a suspect out, and threatening to break down the door), a car stolen, and a few vandalized. No security overnight. If you are looking for style, deluxe amenities, neighbors who you'd love to entertain with, skilled maintenance personnel, and understanding property management reps... The Standard At Dobson Springs is not for you. If you are looking for a ghetto environment, this is your apartment home. Tour the complex, and you will see most of what I have listed here in this review.
