  • I live in California but I've been going to Clean Freak since 2012 whenever I visit Phoenix. There are many car washes to choose from in Phoenix but Clean Freak is my favorite. In March 2014 I decided to get an unlimited pass, thinking it was just for one month. It wasn't until August that I noticed the recurring charge and finally called to cancel, which was very easy but getting the refund over the phone seemed too complicated. As soon as I arrived in Phoenix this week (baseball fan here!), I visited Clean Freak for a car wash (of course) and while I was there, I inquired about possibly getting some sort of refund for the four months of unused car washes. The attendant was very nice and got the manager, Willie, to help me. Willie impressed me so much with his professional and concerned attitude and after confirming that I had been charged for four completely unused months, he issued me a gift card for the full amount. I was so grateful and amazed. Astounded, even. I can't say enough great things about the fantastic customer service. Thank you so much!!!
