  • I have never been to a 4DX movie. I think that's the coolest concept. It's a shame it wouldn't work for most of the movies that come out; could work really well for sci-fi and action, though. But I saw Lego Batman, and it was pretty sweet. About halfway through you get kind of annoyed by all of the movements as they're repetitive, but it's like being on a ride for two hours. The effects are pretty cool and definitely enhance your experience. My friend and I saw it one night and had an awesome time; my boss and I saw it the next night, and he told me he was distracted by the movement/effects. To each their own. This definitely appeals more to a younger crowd. I do think it's worth the $25 if you're going to see a big, fun movie. And the concessions stand was pretty reasonable compared to the states. You do get some unsavory types lurking around outside, but that's to be expected from downtown. I still had a good time and will probably go again.
