  • I would give it five stars, but last night I ordered online at 8:00. I waited the maximum 30 mins although it has taken them much less time before. I went in and told them I'm here to pick it up, and the lady at the register looked confused. My order did print out but they didn't bother looking at it. They weren't really busy, just two other families. They said give them 10 mins, and I usually don't like to argue so I sat outside and waited. Well, while I was out another man came in who also ordered from home to pick up. They took care of him before me, he had way more food and ordered later than me. About 30 mins later. This place closes at 9, and I got my food finally at 9:05 lol. Another table beside me barely got their plates around the same time, and looked very frustrated and told me they were waiting for an hour. To be fair, they did give me two free drinks since I was ordering for two and apologized for making me wait, which I really appreciated. I don't know, they used to have such amazing service the previous times I've been there but these past few months they've been really slacking. As for the food, THE BEST! I got the lomo saltado and the pollo saltado for my boyfriend. It's what we always get because I'm too afraid to something different, as they're kinda pricey. I just love how they mix the fries and rice and meat of choice together. SO GOOD. I had a little food baby all night. This is the only reason I keep coming back, most amazing food I've ever had.
