  • This Pet Valu is my go to! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. As a first time cat owner, I have had a lot of questions and I can always rely on the staff at this location to educate me on the differences in litter types, the most interactive new toys and the best kind of food for my pal's optimal health and well being. Recently, I temporarily acquired a lizard while my friend was away on vacation. I know NOTHING about reptiles. A very helpful and passionate employee at this location took her time to help me figure out what kind of reptile I was dealing with and how to keep it from dying over the 3 weeks my friend was away. 3 weeks later, he's not dead, my friend is home and bugs still make me squeamish. Also, they have the spunkiest shop cat at this location. Her name is Toffee and she pretty much runs the place. Go say hi to her!
